ABOUT THE STUDY

T​he Study began as an idea that sparked an exploration of the culinary legacies passed on by those who cooked before us. Every chef, bartender and server holds within them a unique history of food, and the personal stories that reflect their heritage. Transforming our lower level into a test kitchen and creative studio, we intend to create space to explore and share these diverse stories of hospitality with you.

By providing an ever-evolving menu, each "class" will be a study of unique dishes and creative cocktails—prepared in front of you, for parties up to twelve guests. Our chefs and bartenders will guide your entire experience, while they share the traditions, tastes and techniques that enrich every bite and savored sip.

THROUGH OCTOBER 21, 2024

The Wheel of the Year special series offers a study of ancestral celebrations of the seasons through a revivalist lens, incorporating mythology and folklore from various cultures. Using seasonal and foraged ingredients, dishes are created to honor our ancestors and connect with the physical and metaphysical aspects of the food we consume.

Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with our Mabon-themed special dishes and botanical drinks, honoring the balance of equal day and night. Named after the Welsh God Mabon, meaning "Son of Mother," this second harvest Sabbath in the Wheel of the Year is a time of reflection and gratitude. Join us for a special dining experience inspired by this time of balance and abundance.

PRIVATE EVENTS IN THE STUDY

From black tie to black t-shirt, we welcome private parties for a diverse range of corporate gatherings, boozy birthdays, show-off tastings and swanky soirees. Our first floor can accommodate 50 for a seated meal or 75 for a reception style event and The Parlor (lower level) can accommodate 30 seated and 45 for mixing and mingling.
