The Wheel of the Year special series offers a study of ancestral celebrations of the seasons through a revivalist lens, incorporating mythology and folklore from various cultures. Using seasonal and foraged ingredients, dishes are created to honor our ancestors and connect with the physical and metaphysical aspects of the food we consume.
Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with our Mabon-themed special dishes and botanical drinks, honoring the balance of equal day and night. Named after the Welsh God Mabon, meaning "Son of Mother," this second harvest Sabbath in the Wheel of the Year is a time of reflection and gratitude.
